Gibson Island Remodel
Our team worked alongside an architectural design team and the homeowners to completely rehabilitate and rejuvenate a gorgeous water front home on Maryland’s famous Gibson Island. The completed work was featured in Home & Design Magazine.

Main living room updated with limestone-veneer tile fireplace, updated sconces, new windows, updated flooring and fresh paint.

New living room windows, flooring, and wall to ceiling fresh paint.

New open and airy kitchen with semi-custom UltraCraft cabinets, Ceasarstone coutertops, and clay backsplash tile in glazed gray-blue hue.

Custom shiplap ceiling, recessed lighting and custom island with built-in drink refrigerator, sink and bar top for additional seating. Kitchen flows into a newly updated dining room.

Updated master bathroom with rain shower head, new floor and show tile, new bathroom vanity with bright new pendant and wall lighting.

Updated hall bathroom with new flooring, tile, toilet and vanity. Also updated shower to match (not pictured).

Updated and extended 2nd floor bathroom from a small pilot bathroom to a modern and larger space complete with new tile, vanity, shower and toilet.

Added a brand new bathroom to the 2nd floor in-law suite complete with a new vanity, toilet, walk-in shower, heated flooring, and toilet.

New walk-in shower, and custom shelves and cabinets for the 2nd floor in-law suite.

Addition of an in-law suite on the 2nd floor. Very large and opens to a view of Otter Pond.
